摘要
以四种CuO含量不同的CuO-ZnO敏感材料对不同浓度的H2S和CH3CH2OH的反应为例,测试了CuO-ZnO敏感材料的阻–温特性及灵敏度与CuO含量的关系,分析了该材料的敏感机理。它的阻–温特性及灵敏度与氧吸附及隧道效应有关。
The effect of CuO content on the R-t characteristic and sensitivity is investigated by making CuO-ZnO sensing materials of four different CuO content react with H2S和CH3CH2OH of different concentration. The sensing mechanism is analyzed. The R-t characteristic is influenced by oxygen absorption and tunnel effect. (5 refs.)
