摘要
通过对高温银浆中超细银粉的形态分布对压电陶瓷振子电性能影响的研究,得到了超细球形银粉和片状银粉的相对比例与振子的一些电性能参数的变化曲线,实验结果表明在制备银浆时,可采用在球形银粉中加入适量片状银粉的方法来提高振子的电性能。
The effect of the form of hyper-fine silver powder distributed in high sintering temperature silver paste upon the electrical properties of piezoelectric ceramic vibrator is studied. The curves of the proportion of hyper-fine spherical floury silver to flaky floury silver vs the electrical property parameters of vibrator are obtained. It is indicated the electrical properties of piezoceramic vibrator can be improved by mixing spherical floury silver with moderate amount of flaky floury silver in the preparation of silver paste.
