摘要
介绍了适用于导管架海洋平台结构系统静强度可靠性分析程序的原理、功能、特点。最后，作为一个算例，对渤海一固定式导管架平台进行了可靠性分析。
The program of static strength reliability analysis for off shore platform Structural system is generally introduced. The theory,the function and the characteristics of this program arc also presented. Finally,as an example,the program is applied to analyse static strength reliability for Bobal a fixed jacket off shore platform.
