摘要
对低碳双相钢在时效过程中硬化指数的变化进行了研究,从中发现硬化指数n与时效组织之间没有明确的关系,它不能理想地反映加工硬化能力。从残余应力角度,根据应力与位错之间的相互作用,对双向钢的加工硬化过程提出了新的见解。
The change of work-hardening exponent to low carbon two phase steels in the process of ageing is studied, from where founds that there is no evident relationship betweenwork-hardening exponent n and the ageing structure, it can't be stand for the abilityof work-hardening ideally. According to mutual effect of stress and dislocations, a new kind of opinion to the process of two phase steds of work-hardening is proposed from the point of the view of residual stress.
