对霍尔电导检测器测氮方式涤气器作了改进.这种直通型涤气器由聚四氟乙烯管和表面均匀结晶氢氧化钾的玻璃或石英丝穿入管内构成,它的饱和容量为0.26mg(氯仿),对色谱峰形和峰宽无影响,可使检测器噪声由0.5mV降至0.035mV,将N/Cl选择性提高一个数量级.
This paper describes an improved scrubber used for detecting nitrogen by gas chromatograph with Hall electrolytic conductivity detector (HECD). This through type scrubber is made of a polytetrafluorpethylene tube. Aglass or fused-silica wire cbvered with an even layer of potassium hydroxide crystal is inserted in the tube. Themaximum capacity of the scrubber is 0. 26mg (chloroform). The scrubber reduced the noise from 0. 5mV to 0. 35mV and increased the selectivity of N/C1 one order of magnitude with no effect on the peak shape and width.
