摘要
介绍了三种用于毛细管电泳/电化学检测器的接口的制作方法,对三种结口的性能作了比较.用自制高效毛细管电泳/电化学检测系统对Cu^(2+)所作的区带电泳表明,Nafin溶液制备的C型Nafion密封膜式接口性能最好.尽管三种接口均允许对分离毛细管施加电压,且可有效地隔离两个电化学系统的干扰,但C型接口不会给系统引入附加体积,电阻小,强度高,制作工艺简单.
Three types of joint are fabricated and their performances are compared. Each type of the joint allows the separation pontential to be applied across the separation capillary and can isolate interference between two electrochemical systems effectively. But the electrophoresis results of Cu^(2+) indicate that the C type joint made from Nafion solution has the best performance. It does not introduce extra volume into the HPCE/ED system, has smaller electric resistance and higher mechanical intensity, and is simple to fabricate.
