摘要
为了使甲醇能够顺利地应用于原压燃式发动机,我们采用了“电热塞助燃法”。对X1105型柴油机进行了改装,在缸盖上安装了电热塞且档板采用了双孔喷嘴。实验结果表明:这种方法是行之有效的。本文通过大量的实验结果,分析了该发动机分别燃用甲醇、柴油时,热效率不同的原因,并分析了发动机转达,负荷对该发动机燃用甲醇的影响。经过对废气和烟度的测量表明:发动机燃用纯甲醇基本上可以实现无烟燃烧。
In order to enable methanol be successfully applied to the original C. I. engine we adopted 'electric heating plug aided combustion method', modified an X1105 diesel engine,mounted an electric heating plug and a shield on the cylinder head.The test results show that this method is effective.This paper analyses the cause for the differences of thermal efficiency between methanol and diesel oil used in the same engine by using a great number of test results and analyses the effect of engine speed and load on the combustion of methanol in the engine. The measurements of exhaust emissions and smoke show that smokeless combustion can be basically realized by using pure methanol in the C. I. engine.
