摘要
本文将摩托车——发动机系统简化为一个四自由度的振动系统,运用机械动力学原理及随机振动理论建立了设计指标与系统参数间的关系;并用一种新方法求取了该振动系统的复合频率响应函数。而后,根据正交设计的方法,通过计算机运算,确定了摩托车发动机防震支撑系统参数间最佳匹配。
A motorcycle-engine system is simplified to a vibrating system with four-degree of freedom, and then the relationship between design atrgets and system parameters is established by means of the mechanical dynamics principle and the random vibration theory. The complex frequency response function of the vibrating system is obtained by means of a new method. Finally, using the computer for calculation, the possible optimal matching of parameters of the shockproof of the support is determined by means of orthogonal design method.
