摘要
分析了￣（１５３）Ｓｍ－ＥＤＴＭＰ治疗２４例骨转移癌的结果。经静脉给药，剂量为２５．９ＭＢｑ／ｋｇ，结果表明：￣（１５３）Ｓｍ－ＥＤＴＭＰ镇痛效果明显，总有效率达９１．６％，其中１０例经连续多次治疗，患者中４０％病灶出现消失，变淡改变。实践证明，￣（１５３）Ｓｍ－ＥＤＴＭＰ治疗骨转移癌，具有明显的临床价值。
The therapeutic effect of ￣(153)Sm- EDTMP on 24 cases of metastatic bone cancer is analysed.￣(153)Sm-EDTMP is injected into the median cubital vein with a radioactive dose 25.9MBq/kg.The result shows that ￣(153)Sm-EDTMP relieved pain evidently and the total efficiency is 91.6%. In 10 of thepatients having received reported treatments,40% of the lesions disappeared or became obscure on radionuclide imaging.It is proved that the treatment of metastatic bone cancer with ￣(153)Sm-EDTMP is ofsignificant clinical value.
