窑墙温度分布及计算和图解方法

TEMPERATURE DISTRIBUTION OF KILN WALLS AND ENGINEERING CALCULATIONS AND GRAPHICS

本文讨论窑墙的温度分布。在稳态导热情况下，对于工程中常见的多层复合结构窑墙，无论是直墙还是圆柱形墙，其窑墙温度分布与窑墙热阻呈线性关系。利用这一关系，通过计算或图解，容易得到工程计算结果。这种线性关系还有助于窑炉计算机辅助设计时数学模型的建立。

The temperature distribution of kiln walls is discussed in this paper. Under steady heat transmission conditions, the relation between temperature distribution and thermal resistance is simple linear for composite multilayer kiln walls-whether tetragonal ones or cylindrical ones, which may be dealt with frequently in practice and, as a result, expectant calculating data and graphs can be obtained easily. In the meanwhile, linearity of temperature distribution would be helpful to setting up mathematical model for CAD of kilns.
