摘要
研究了涂SiC涂层的碳纤维强化铝基复合材料的界面反应状况,断裂特征及机械性能。实验表明,复合材料机械性能及断裂特征主要受涂层结构状况的控制。随反应时间的延长,SiC涂层不断被消耗,拉伸强度经历稍有上升、下降及大幅度下降三个阶段,断裂方式依次为双拨出型、纤维拨出型,部分涂层拨出型及平切型。SiC涂层可有效地阻止纤维与基体的反应,保证C/Al复合材料在界面反应严重的情况下仍保持较高的强度水平。
The state of interface reaction, the fracture characteristics and mechanical properties of SiC-coated carbon fibre-reinforced aluminium composites have been studied. It is shown that the mechanical properties and fracture chara- cteristics of SiC-coated carbon fibre-reinforced aluminium composites are ma- inly controlled by structure of SiC-coating. As the time of interface reaction goes on, the coating is consumed continuously, tensile strength increases a li- ttle at first and then decreases slowly and finally decreases greatly, and the fracture ways of the composites are in order of double-pull-out, fibre-pull-out, part-pull-out, and cut-like. SiC coating can cnnstrain fibre/matrix interface reaction effectively and make the composites maintain high strength in case of heavy interface reaction.
