摘要
分别采用聚醋酸乙烯酯、聚苯乙烯及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯作致孔剂制备苯乙烯/二乙烯基苯共聚物(大孔树脂)。通过扫描电子显微镜与压汞法研究了这种大孔树脂的形态与孔结构。对大孔树脂的显微照片分析表明:共聚物的形态依赖于交联剂的用量及致孔剂的性质和用量,而提取过程只改变树脂的孔结构但不改变其形态。从树脂的孔结构参数可以看出,树脂的孔结构同样明显地与聚合条件有关。根据实验结果,讨论了用线型聚合物作致孔剂的悬浮聚合时树脂中大孔的形成机理。
The morphology and the pore structure of styrene/divinylbenzene copolymers (macroporous resin), prepared seperately by using polyvinyl acetate, polystyrene and polymethyl methacrylate as porogenic agents and through scanning electron microscope as well as mercury porosimetry methods, have been studied The analysis on the micrographies of the macroporous resins indicates that the morphology of a copolymer is depending on the dosage of the crosslinker and the nature and dosage of the porogenic agents, and the extracting progress does not change the morphology of the resins but only their pore structures From the pore structure parameters of the resins, it can be seen that the pore structures are also in obvious relation to the condition of the polimerization. Basing on the experimental results, the formation mechanism of macropores in the resins was discussed in using linear polymers as porogenic agents for suspension polymerization.
