摘要
本文应用液压流体力学及液压伺服控制基本理论,建立了多路阀随动控制机构的静态模型,并在此基础上讨论了该机构的无静差条件,负载轨迹,最佳匹配,且给出了最佳匹配公式。文中方法为大流量伺服控制多路阀的设计及其在工程机械液压系统中的应用提供了必要的理论基础。
The static mathematical model of a servo-control mechanism for the multi-spool control valves has been set up with the application of fluid mechanics and fundamental hydraulic servo-control theory in this paper. At the same time the condition of having no static error, the loading track, the optimal matching and its equation were given in this paper and being disscussed. This method can be used in the design of large flow servo-control for multitspool valve and applied to the mechanical hydraulic system to give the necessary basic theory for design.
