摘要 本文将弹流理论应用于单作用叶片泵叶片顶廓的设计中,提出了叶片顶廓与定子内表面最小油膜厚度公式,讨论了在不发生磨损的条件下,叶片顶廓圆弧半径的大小及圆弧圆心坐标。本文的方法可用于其它叶片泵及马达的设计中。 In this paper elastic fluid theory was applied to the vane outline design of variable displacement vane pump. The minimum oil film equations of the in- ner surface of vane outline and stator were proposed. Under condition of ha- ving no wear, the vane outline are radius and its center coordinater wer di- scussed. The methods in this paper can be used in the design of other vane pumps and vane motors.
