摘要
分别对 W针尖上未组装和组装单壁纳米管进行热处理 ,然后对所得残气质谱图进行记录和分析。发现在热处理过程中 ,脱附出一定量的原子 C和原子 O,然后结合成为 CO和 CO2 被释放出来。
The tungsten tip was treated by heating before and after single walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) were assembled on it,and the mass spectra of the residual gas were recorded and analyzed.It was discovered that during the heat treatment certain amount of carbon and oxygen atoms were desorbed and the released in the form of CO and CO.
