摘要
本文对提高 CPT清晰度的平板荫罩设计方法进行了分析。改进的设计保证了节距分布的连续性 ,提高了管子的分辨率。新设计的管子不用制作新的荫罩成型模具 ,它的制作也可以在普通彩管的流水线上完成 ,而且制成的多媒体管子显示质量良好 ,表明改进后的方法是有效可行的。
A former design method of flat shadow mask for increasing the CPT s resolution is analyzed,and an improved method is presented to ensure the continuity of pitch distribution.The resolution of new CPT is increased,at the same time,the new mould for punching the shadow mask is not necessary.Another benefit is that the new CPT can be manufactured in the original production line,then both the developing period and manufacturing cost can be reduced.The picture quality of newly designed CPT for multimedia display is quite satisfactory,proving the improved method is effective and feasible.
