摘要
介绍了一种采用双积分原理的数显模拟除法器。它具有高的运算精度、良好的抗干扰能力和直接数字化的运算结果，且能用单片Ａ／Ｄ转换器容易地实现。测试了用ＩＣＬ７１０６构成的数显模拟除法器的性能，其准确度可达到±０．８％Ｄｎ＋１字。给出了数显模拟除法器测量稳压二极管微分电阻ｒｚ的应用实例。
An analogue divider with digitized output based on dual-slope integration is presented. It has high precision, good anti-disturbance, and digital result. It is easily implemented by an A/D converter. The performance of the divider consisting 3 1/2digit A/D converter is tested, the precision reaches ± 0.8D. + 1 word. The circuit has been applied to measure the differential resistance of Zeners.
