摘要
经济全球化趋势和市场经济体制为企业提供了发展的大好机遇,同时面临竞争的严峻挑战。企业竞争靠法律和道德双重调节,企业竞争的伦理机制主要有:营造合乎道德的竞争争环境,公平原则是企业竞争的伦理共同原则,竞争的伦理核心是为消费者谋利益,弘扬合作精神是企业竞争的需要。
The trend of economic globalization and the market-economy institution provide enterprises with not only opportunities hut also acute competitions. The adjusting of the competition among enterprises relies on legal and moral means, and the ethic system for such competition includes the following aspects: constructing a competitive environment that conforms to moral principles; establishing equity as the common ethic mode for the competition; making the service for the consumers the ethic core; and propelling a spirit of cooperation for the competition.
