摘要
企业组织的效率受到决策形成和决策执行过程中所需的知识的限制 ,而决策权的不同配置方式影响着组织的知识水平 ,并由此对组织效率产生影响。企业组织面临着分配决策权与由此带来的协调成本之间的两难抉择 。

Different configurations of decision making power influences both the knowledge level of organizations and its efficiency.
