文章根据安徽省企业水污染治理的历史与现状，分析了水污染治理工程设施在运行管理中存在的一些问题，探讨了产生这些问题的主要原因，针对问题的实质，就解决问题的措施与对策提出了自己的看法，为环境管理工作的深入开展提供一些思路。

Based on the history and the present situations of waste water treatment of enterprises in Anhui Province, the paper analyses some existi ng problems in operational management of waste water treatment facilities, discu sses some main causes of the problems resulted from. In allusion to problematic essence, the paper offers some of the author's solutions to them as well as some insights for the environment management.
