摘要
创新人才培养是院校教学的根本任务，注重创新思维能力培养是造 就创新人才的关键。文章分析了培养学生创新思维能力的重要性，提出了培养创新思维能力 ，造就创新人才的具体措施和建议。
The basic task of teaching is to cultivate innovati ve talents at the tertiary level and the innovative thinking plays a key role in it. This article analyses the importance of cultivating students' innovative th inking and puts forward some practical measures and suggestions in this regards.
