脑缺血预处理的分子生物学研究进展

摘要 对脑组织给予短暂性脑缺血预处理 (IPC)能提高脑组织对缺血的耐受性。IPC后 ,HSP可能作为“拯救因子”被诱导产生 ,发挥神经保护作用 ;炎性细胞因子 (IL - 1,TNF)具有神经营养和神经修复功能 ;凋亡相关基因bcl- 2的表达是机体内源性保护机制之一 ;IPC后诱生的c -fos可抑制随后持续脑缺血后c -fos的过度表达 ;p5 3及其反应基因在脑缺血性损伤时被诱导活化 ,而IPC使这种作用减弱或消除。IPC还可降低脂质过氧化升高的幅度 ,防止持续性信号转导的异常。
