摘要
谷氨酸转运体是一种位于神经元和神经胶质细胞膜上的糖蛋白 ,新近研究发现 ,癫痫及其敏感性的形成可能与致痫灶中谷氨酸天门冬氨酸转运体 (GLAST)、谷氨酸转运体 1(GLT - 1)和兴奋性氨基酸载体 1(EAAC1)的减少有关 ,这对于探讨癫痫反复发作机制具有重要意义。
