神经干细胞及其在神经科学领域应用展望 被引量:3

摘要 目前已经从啮齿类动物及人的脑和脊髓内分离出神经干细胞。生长因子FGF - 2和EGF是神经干细胞增殖的主要分裂源 ,而干细胞分化则受其起源、培养条件、各种细胞因子等调控 ,实验发现可以用后天信号操纵神经干细胞的分化以期获得目的神经生化表型。近来在成年人脑中发现干细胞并且成功建立了永生化细胞系 ,极大地鼓舞了人们设想内源性细胞移植及发展新的有前途的基因治疗载体 ,为神经组织的结构和功能重建提供了新的手段 ,具有广阔的应用前景。
