功能性磁共振成像术在神经外科手术中的应用

摘要 人类大脑功能的成像研究是当代医学成像技术应用于神经科学研究发展极为迅速的领域之一 ,利用医学成像技术研究人类大脑功能极其临床应用将为探索人类的认知与思维活动及多种神经疾病的诊断和治疗带来新的前景 ,功能性磁共振成像术 (fMRI)是脑功能成像技术中发展最为迅速的新技术 ,其在神经外科手术中的应用 ,可极大的避免术中神经功能的损伤 ,尽可能的切除病变组织 ,提高患者术后的生存质量 ,降低病灶的复发率。本文对fMRI近年来在神经外科手术中应用的研究进展予以综述。
