急性毒鼠强中毒脑电图检查的临床价值评价

Evaluation of clinical value of electroencephalogram examination in acute tetramine intoxication

目的 探讨急性毒鼠强中毒 (ATI)患者脑电图检查的变化在诊断治疗中的临床价值。方法 通过对 32例重度ATI及 6例轻度ATI患者进行脑电图检查分析 ,并动态随访重度组中 2 3例患者脑电图的动态演变与预后转归的关系。结果 重度组脑电图异常变化明显 ,呈癫痫样放电中度异常改变 2 6例 ,随访的 5例于 7～ 10d恢复正常 ,11例 14～ 2 1d恢复正常 (6例 )或轻度异常 (5例 ) ,3例随访至 30～ 37d才转为基本正常 ;癫痫样放电重度异常改变 3例 ,随访的 1例至 45d才转为正常 ;轻度异常改变 3例 ,7d内已恢复正常。而轻度组脑电图无异常改变。结论 ATI患者脑电图的变化与中毒程度有关 ,其动态演变可以反映病情的转归 。

Objective To explore the changes in electroencephalogram(EEG) of acute tetramine intoxication(ATI) patients and its clinical value in diagnosis and therapy. Methods EEG of 32 severe ATI patients and 6 mild ATI patients were analyzed,and observation on the relationship between the dynamic change in EEG and prognosis in 23 severe ATI patients was followed up. Results Abnormal changes of electroencephalogram in severe ATI patients were obvious.26 patients showed moderate abnormality with epileptic discharge.Of them,5 cases regained normal after 7～10 days,6 cases regained normal and 5 remained mild abnormality after 14～21 days,3 cases turned to approximate normal till 30～37 days.3 of the severe ATI patients showed severe abnormality with epileptic discharge,1 case didn't recover until the 45th day.3 with mild changes recovered well within 7 days.However,in mild ATI patients,no abnormal EEG changes were seen. Conclusions The changes of EEG had close relation to intoxicated degree in ATI patients.The dynamic changes of EEG may reflect the prognosis of ATI patients,and may be the guidance for clinical treatment and an important index for estimation of cure.
