富马酸阿齐霉素对小鼠的急性毒性研究

Studies on the acute toxicity of azithromycin fumarate in mice

目的 评价富马酸阿齐霉素的急性毒性。方法 小鼠一次性灌胃 (ig)或腹腔注射 (ip)富马酸阿齐霉素 ,观察 7天内的毒性反应和死亡情况。结果 小鼠ig和ip的半数致死量 (LD50 )分别为 32 73 4mg·kg-1和 748 2mg·kg-1,分别相当于人临床常用量 (3.6～ 7.2mg·kg-1)的 45 5～ 90 9倍和 10 4～ 2 0 8倍。结论 富马酸阿齐霉素按临床常用剂量给药是安全的。

Objective: To evaluate the acute toxicity of azithromycin fumarate. Methods: After single intragastric or intraperitoneal dosing, the toxic symptoms and the number of deaths of azithromycin fumarate were observed for seven days in mice. Results: When azithromycin fumarate was administered in tragastrically or intraperitoneally, the median lethal doses (LD 50) were 32734 mg·kg -1and 7482 mg·kg -1 in mice respectively. Conclusion: azithromycin fumarate is safe with clinical therapeutical dose.
