摘要
目的 检测食管癌及癌旁食管粘膜组织中端粒酶活性 ,探索端粒酶活性与食管癌发生发展的关系。方法 采用PCR TRAP方法检测 43例食管癌和癌旁组织以及 10例癌周正常食管粘膜的端粒酶活性。结果 43例食管癌组织 38例 (88 4% )表达阳性 ,癌旁组织 7例 (16 3% )表达阳性 (P <0 0 1) ,10例正常食管粘膜表达阴性 (P <0 0 1)。端粒酶活性表达与病人的性别、肿瘤部位和大小、分化程度、临床分期、有无淋巴结转移无明显相关。结论 端粒酶活性与食管癌发生发展有密切关系 ,并有可能成为食管癌的临床肿瘤标记物 ,进而为食管癌早期诊断与治疗提供可靠指标。
Objective: To detect the telomerase activity in human primary esophageal carcinoma and tumor-adjacent tissues and investigate the possible relationship between telomerase expression and progression of esophageal carcinoma. Methods: 43 cases of esophageal carcinoma and 10 normal esophageal tissue specimens were examined by means of telomeric repeat amplification protocol(TRAP)assay for telomerase activity. Results: Of 43 esophgeal cancer specimens,38(88.4%) cancer tissues and 7(16.3%) tumor-adjacent tissues revealed positive for telomerase activity (P<001). 10 normal esophageal tissues showed negative(P<001). No significant correlation was found between telomerase activity and sex of patients,location,length,differentiated grade of tumor and lymph nodes metastasis. Conclusion: Telomerase activity expression might contribute to the progression of esophageal carcinoma ,and can be used as its tumor marker in the diagnosis of esophageal carcinoma, to conduct biological treatment.
