摘要
目的 :对踝、距下关节外侧韧带进行计算机三维重建。方法 :用生物塑化技术制作 1 .2mm厚的薄层断面标本 ,在SGI工作站上 ,对踝、距下关节骨骼及外侧区韧带进行了三维重建。结果 :重建结构均能单独显示、任意搭配显示或总体显示 ,可在三维空间位置上绕任意轴旋转任意角度 ,并且 ,所有结构在任意方向上的径线和角度 ,均可适时测量。结论 :由于采用了先进的的断面标本制作技术和contours +marchingcubes算法 ,较之以往的三维重建研究 ,图像显示效果更好 。
Objective:To provide computerized 3D reconstruction of ligaments of lateral aspect of the ankle and subtalar joints.Methods:Plastination was used to make equidistant serial thin sections 1.2 mm in thickness.A SGI work station was employed to reconstruct the structure of the ligaments of lateral aspect of the ankle and subtalar joints in three dimensions.Results:All structure reconstructed could be displayed in some group or in all,and could be rotated in 3D space or rotated continuously at different velocity.Any diameters and angle of the structure reconstructed could be measured conveniently.Conclusion:With the special sectional anatomical technique,Contours+Marching Cubes arithmetic,a better result than the past is acquired in collecting the original data.
