摘要
高新技术企业的创业正在我国兴起。对高新技术企业创业的时代背景———知识经济的若干特点作出分析 ,同时参考美国硅谷发展的经验 。
A wave of start-up of hi-tech companies is making in China. This paper studies some characteristics of knowledge economy as times background of hi-tech companies first,then discusses the necessary conditions for start-up of hi-tech companies under China's situation referring to experience of Silicon Valley in US.
