摘要
目的 :实验通过对不同免疫状态下的穹窿下器处的一氧化氮合酶细胞变化的研究 ,以期证明穹窿下器可能参与脑内的免疫调节。方法 :应用还原型尼克酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸脱氢酶组化方法。结果 :(1 )穹窿下器的一氧化氮合酶阳性细胞的面密度值较高 ,明显高于一般脑区 ;(2 )一氧化氮合酶细胞的表达即可随着大肠杆菌内毒素剂量的增大而增多 ,也可随着地塞米松剂量的增大而增多。结论 :提示穹窿下器可能为血携免疫信息进入脑内的部位之一 ;
Objective:In this experimental,The changes of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) cells in subfornical organ (SFO) under different immune conditions were observed,to prove that SFO might play a role in the brain's immune modulation.Methods:Coronal sections of brain were stained with NADPH d histochemical method.Results:(1)Surface density of NOS positive cells in SFO was much higher than in general brain regions;(2)The pression of NOS positive cell rises with the dose of both LPS increases and dexamethasone.Conclusion:The results suggest that SFO is perhaps one of the sites where blood borne immune messages come into brain,and that nitric oxide (NO) might be a double edged immune regulate medium in brain.
