摘要
本文是在石家庄地区钢球厂内部分配改革成功的基础上,进一步对企业所有岗位的工资分配,从理论上进行了分析和概括,设计出以职工岗位、职能为基础,一酬多挂的六种分配形式。
On the basis of the successful reform work in wage distribution in Shi- jiazhuang District Steel Ball Factory,futher,this paper gives forth additional theoretical analysis and summarzation for the wage distribution for all posts in an enterprise.It designs six distribution forms,which is based on the post and function of workers and staff members,where one reward is paied by several factors.
