心血通对冠心病心绞痛左室舒张功能的影响

The effects of Xinxuetong on left ventricular function in angina pectoris

目的：明确心血通对冠心病心绞痛左室舒张功能的影响。方法：本文应用脉冲多普勒超声心动图对冠心病心绞痛者静脉输入心血通前后的左室舒张功能进行了测定。结果：用药后左室舒张早期充盈速度增快；舒张晚期Ａ峰流速减慢；舒张晚期最大充盈速度及其与舒张早期最大充盈速度比值明显降低等舒张期缩短。结论：心血通能改善冠心病心绞痛者的左室舒张功能。

Objective This article estimated the effect of Xinxuetong on left ventricular functions in patients with angina pectoris. Mathod Left ventricular diastolic function was studied with pulsed doppler echo cardiography before and after vein administration xinx- uetong in angina pectoris patients. Results It showed that the Peak A was decreased, the Peak E was increased, IRP was decreased and Peak A/Peak E was decreased after administration Xinxuetong. Conclusion This study suggests that Xinxuetong can significantly im- prove the diastolic function in patients with angina pectoris.
