摘要
本文通过对电火花线切割加工中工件变形现象的分析,就以线切割加工为主的模坯,在选材及加工过程中影响工件尺寸精度的因素,进行了一些探讨。
Through analysis of the phenomena of workpiece deformation in spark line cutting,this pa- per investigates the factor affecting the workpiece dimensional accuracy in material choosing and in machining process of die—blocks mainly machined by spark line cutting.
