增强高校学生思想政治工作实效性的思考

新形势下高校学生的思想政治工作要做到切实有效，必须对当代大学生的思想状况和特点有透彻的了解，必须在重视整体有效性的同时，更多地关注个体有效性；必须注重“两课”教学方法和手段的改革，切实提高“两课”教学的针对性；必须针对高等教育产业化的出现，确定具有前瞻性的工作思路和教育措施，提高思想政治工作的主动性。做到思想政治工作有所加强、有所改进、有所创新，从而取得思想政治工作和素质教育的整体效果。

To achieve practical results in political and ideal ogical work for students of colleges and universities in new situations, a thoro ugh understanding is necessary of their state of mind and idealogical features; attention should be paid to individual results as well as general results. Refor m should be made to improve the teaching techniques and methods of the \!Two Cou rses\', making the \!Two Courses\' more relevant to students. In order to cope w ith the increasing commercialization of higher education, clear foresight is ne cessary about the work and methods of education to gain the initiative. In this way the political and idealogical work can be strengthened and improved and gene ral results of both idealogical and political work and quality education are to be achieved
