三峡地区处于我国腹地,纬度适中,气候温湿,地形割切强烈,具明显的立体气候条件和丰富的水力、矿产、农林牧特及旅游资源。具备全方位、多层次的立体开发的综合优势。实现全面开发与综合治理,不仅有利于该区的经济振兴,而且对加快长江三峡防护林建设、实现长江沿江经济带开发、国土优化和整治、保护生态环境、提供了一条切实可行的途径。
There Gorges is located in hinterland of China.Because of moderate latitude, warm —moist climate and strong cut terrain,there are obvious stereoscopic climate condition and abundant resource.It has possessed synthetical superiorties in stereoscopic exploitation of omnidirection and different series.Exploited overally and managed synthetically, not only make advantage of promoting economy in this region,but also provide a fessible way for speeding up protective forests construction of Yangtze River Three Gorges,exploiting Yangtze River economic band, projecting and managing soil and protecting ecology environment.
