摘要
介绍了一种用递阶BP网络来完成复杂故障诊断的方法,它的训练可分别进行,训练时间短,当要作变动时,只要增加或减少相对独立的BP同,而不影响全局。
In this paper, the use of hierarchical BP network for diagnosis is explored. The potential of this approach is demonstrated with aid of a reactor case study the catalytic reaction process. Here a suitable two stage BP network is proposed as the network to be used for diagnosis. The first stage of the network discriminates. Once the fault is identified,the second stage of the network estimates the degress of the fault. Thus,the diagnosis of incipient faults becomes possible.
