摘要
对云母填充改性聚丙烯(PP)的研究结果表明,随填充量增加,改性PP的模量明显提高,硬度提高,成型收缩率下降,但强度略有下降,熔体粘度增大,20%(重量)填充量时的综合性能最佳。云母在PP的结晶过程中起异相成核作用。
The influence of mica concentration on the mechanical property, rheologic behaviour, crystallization behaviour and morphology of modified polypropylene were investigated.The results were shown that the tensile and flexural modulus increased with increasing mica content , whereas the impact strength and breaking elongation decreased,the melt viscosity increased. Also,mica was acted as heterogeneous nucleating agent.The optimun of integrated properties was occurred at 20%(wt) of mica.
