摘要
本文从热处理、磨加工、镀铬三方面入手,分析卡尺尺框置爪裂纹形成的主要原因,并通过大量数据证明,镀铬前增加去应力一序,可降低磨削裂纹率;使用电解退铬可大大降低反复退铬的裂效率。
This article has done the analysis for the major factor of forming jaw crazing of calliper frame from the three of heat treatment, grinding and chrome—plating. With a large number of data proved, it can reduce the grinding crazing rate by adding a working process of elimiting stress before chrome—plating. And it can reduce greatly grinding crazing rate by using electrolyses to clean chrome.
