摘要
本文对剃齿设计中关于范切啮合角的选择作了较明确的阐述,特別是对于剃削少齿数正变位较大的油泵齿轮,作者提出要加大范切啮合角的观点!并在实践中解决了以往设计中存在的齿轮顶部“拉毛”问题。
This thesis discusses how to determine generating angle while designing shaving cutters and author recommends to adopt large generating angle when shaving gears with large positive displacement and low tooth numbers such as oil pump gears. This idea is very helpful and practical to resolve the skiving problem at the top of gears.
