摘要
本文给出了对凸形齿测量结果进行二次最小二乘回归抛物线拟合的数据处理及误差评定的方法。该方法对测量结果进行二次最小二乘回归,分离出齿形形状误差、齿形角误差、最大鼓形量和最大鼓形位置。
This paper provides both the data processing method used to evaluate the tooth form of convex-teeth of a involute gear by means of availing secondary least square regression, and the error analysis method. The tooth-shape error, tooth-angle error, the maximum drum and its actual position may be obtained using presented method.
