碱浓度对苎麻织物丝光效果的影响

Influences of Alkaline Concentration in Mercerization on Properties of Ramie Fabrics

研究了丝光整理时碱浓度对苎麻织物性能的影响．研究结果表明，苎麻织物的性能在碱浓度为１８０～２１０ｇ／Ｌ时发生了急剧的变化，纤维密度、断裂强度下降，断裂延伸、吸附性能增加，回弹性能改善．

nfluences of different alkaline concentration in mercerization on properties oframie fabrics are studied.The results show that the properties of ramie fabrics will bechanged quickly as the alkaline concentration reaches to 180￣ 210 g/L,the density andbreaking tenacity of the fibres decrease while the breaking extension and the absorption increase, and the resilience can be improved.
