大修缘角外齿轮插齿刀的设计

The Design of External Gear Shaper Cutter with Large Tip Relief Angle

滚刀、插齿刀设计成较大的修缘角,有利于提高啮合质量。本文在分析大修缘角外插齿刀设计的基础上,提出了设计中应采取的措施,给出了具体的设计计算方法。

Designing of external gear shaper cutter with large tip relief angle can improve the meshing quality. In this paper,author analyses the problems existing during the designing of this tool,and gives the substantial computing approach during designing it.
