The system of contract interpretation is a very important system in the civil law. A big problem urgent to be solved in the practice of China's judicature is how to give full play to the judge and the arbitrator in contract interpretation. To interpret a contract one must follow certain rules and making correct use of these rules will help to deal with disputes over contracts timely and accurately.
