摘要
人才以及人才的科技创新是知识经济的核心。要调动人才知识创新的能力,则必须解决好人才积极性的问题。股票期权就是知识经济条件下,管理好人才并使人才进一步发挥创造性价值的较好方式之一。本文在此认识上,对股票期权的产生背景,实施程序,基本内容和特征以及应注意的问题,提出自己的看法。
Talented person,science and technology is the kernel of intellectual economy. How to bring talented persons into full play is also a very important problem. The stock option in the future is one of the methods to solve the problem better. The author studies the aspects of stock option in future, such as its definition, procedure, content and its features.
