三峡库区新兴产业发展要以新技术，新工艺为依托，与可持续发展相协调，以山区高效生态农业和再生特色资源加工业为切入点，以水利水电为龙头，以生态旅游为支撑，以环保产业为主导，同时发展运输设施制造业，构建新兴复合产业模式。

The development of the Three Gorges’s new industries should be based upon new technology,art and crafts,in harmony with sustainable advancement,take highly efficient ecological agriculture and processing industry of special regenerative resources as its beginning; water conservancy and hydraulic power as its cock;ecology and tourism as its support;environment protection as its demination,and meanwhile develop the manufacture of transport equipments.Then a rising compound industrial mode will be established.
