试论我国结婚登记制度的完善

Perfection of Registration Rules of Marriages of China

我国现行结婚登记制度中存在结婚登记流于形式、登记内容空泛、审查程序不易操作等问题。新的结婚登记制度应力求提高其法律地位 ,充实登记内容 ,增强登记的公示性和审查的社会监督 ,强化对结婚登记工作的监督和检查 ,以提高结婚登记的合法水平 。

In the recent two years, there are some over-optimistic reports about the present registration rules of marriages of China. But in fact, some shortcomings (discussed in this paper) in the present rules constitutes an obstacle to the implement of registration rules of marriages. Thus, we should clear up these vogue understandings and take feasible, strict and delicate measures of legal control to develop and perfect registration rules of marriages.
