进行智力开发 ,要正确理解智力本质与智力开发含义 ,要从系统论的角度构建智力开发的策略。智力的本质在于它是人对于客观世界 ,对人主体自身 ,对主客体相关联的事件进行认识与反应的内在的综合的能力。智力开发的策略 ,应综合考虑包括年龄方面、人员方面、环境方面。

For developing intelligence, we should understand the nature and development of intelligence, should form the strategy of intelligence development on systematic theory. The nature of intelligence is an ability, inherence and integrative, which works in study and response to physical world and human self and the things contact each other. A strategy of intelligence development includes ages, personnel, environments, contents and materials, and so on.
