On Responsibility for Crimes

刑事责任在我国与英美法系、大陆法系的概念是不同的 ,我国现行刑事立法中的刑事责任其特色也显不足。文章论述了刑事责任的法律责任属性 ,认为刑事责任是第二性的法律义务 。

The paper deals with the attributes of law responsibility with regard to responsibility for crimes.It is thought that the responsibility for crimes is the law's 2nd obligation,with special responsibility as compared with other law responsibilities.In our country,the responsibility for crimes is different in concept from English and American Law systems and Continental Law systems.But the features with regard to responsibility for crimes in the present system of criminal law in our country are not so different.
