安全项目的经济效果评价

分析了安全项目的安全性和经济性特征，论述了安全项目投入与事故损失费用的关系，认为安全项目的经济性应服从于安全性，安全项目投入费用应高于事故损失费用，安全项目的评价应顾及其后效性和非确定性。

In this paper the natures of safety and economical in the safe- ty project were analyzed, the relationship of the project and damage case was discussed. The result suggest that the economical nature should sub- mit to the safety nature in the project,the project cost should be more im- protant than the damage cost, in this position, the unity assessment standard of the two natures was provided.
